Ingredients for a 24cm pan
- 250 g of chickpea flour
- 500 ml of water
- 30 ml of Equilibrium Food Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Fresh rosemary needles
- 20 g of salt
Preparation
- Add the water to the flour a little at a time, stirring well. At the end the mixture will be liquid;
- Put the mixture to rest for about 10 hours. A small froth will form on the surface which you will remove with a spoon;
- Take back the mixture and add the oil and salt. Mix well with a whisk so that the ingredients blend together;
- Pour the mixture into a pan, sprinkle with rosemary and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
