Glazed vegetables with honey


Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 courgettes
  • 1 pepper
  • thyme
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Equilibrium Intelligent Food
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of honey


  • Slice the onion and let it dry with thyme in two tablespoons of sweet oil for 5 minutes;
  • Add the other sliced vegetables together with a tablespoon of water and cook by closing with a lid for 15 minutes;
  • Add the honey and soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
