Apple cream


Ingredientes for 4 people

  • 2 floury apples
  • 40 g of rice malt
  • Almond milk
  • Juice of 1 lemon


  • Peel and cut the apples into small pieces;
  • Cook on a gentle flame for about 10 minutes adding the rice malt and a tablespoon of almond milk;
  • If the bottom should dry out too much during cooking, add more almond milk;
  • After 10 minutes or anyway when the apples begin to get rid of, remove from the heat, add the lemon juice and blend.
